يوسف أغكومي شهدت الساحة السياسية بجماعة أولاد تايمة جدلاً مؤخراً بعد تنظيم شبيبة حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار لقاءً سياسياً مفتوحاً، أثار ردود فعل من أحد مستشاري المعارضة بالمجلس الجماعي. وفي بيان توضيحي أصدرته اللجنة التنظيمية للشبيبة، أكدت فيه مجموعة من الحقائق المتعلقة باللقاء وطبيعته وأهدافه، في محاولة لتصحيح ما وصفته بـ”الادعاءات غير الدقيقة”.
أوضحت اللجنة التنظيمية في بداية بيانها أن اللقاء المنعقد كان نشاطاً سياسياً خالصاً، تم تنظيمه من قبل شبيبة حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار، وليس نشاطاً تابعاً للمجلس الجماعي. وقد وجهت الدعوة لرئيسة المجلس الجماعي، السيدة نادية بوهدود بودلال، باعتبارها رئيسة المنتخبة باسم الحزب، واستناداً إلى نتائج آخر استحقاقات انتخابية. وأشارت اللجنة إلى أن اللافتة الخاصة باللقاء كانت واضحة في الإشارة إلى الجهة المنظمة، مما ينفي أي لبس في هذا الشأن.
وفي رد على انتقادات المعارضة حول حضور رئيسة المجلس، أكدت الشبيبة أن السيدة الرئيسة، من وجهة نظر الجهة المنظمة، تمثل كافة ساكنة جماعة أولاد تايمة وجميع أعضاء المجلس، سواء كانوا في الأغلبية أو المعارضة. وأضافت: “إذا كانت هناك عقدة لدى البعض في هذا الباب، فنحن غير معنيين بها”. كما شددت على أن مسألة تكليف الرئيسة لأحد أعضاء فريق الأغلبية بالحضور أو تقديم مداخلة حول حصيلة العمل الجماعي هو شأن داخلي يخص تدبيرها لفريقها، ولا دخل للجهة المنظمة به.
من أبرز النقاط التي ركز عليها البيان هي ضرورة التمييز بين توجيه الدعوة للسيدة الرئيسة بصفتها رئيسة للمجلس الجماعي، وبين موقعها القيادي داخل حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار. واعتبرت اللجنة أن الخلط بين هاتين الصفتين هو ما يؤدي إلى فهم غير دقيق لطبيعة اللقاء وأهدافه، واصفة هذا الخلط بأنه “منهج في التلفيق” لا يستند إلى أسس موضوعية.
وفي شأن المنهجية التنظيمية، أكدت شبيبة الأحرار أن تنظيماتها تتمتع باستقلالية كاملة في برامجها وأنشطتها، ولا تخضع لأي وصاية من أي جهة كانت داخل المجلس. وانتقدت بشدة ما وصفته بـ”محاولات تصحيح الأخطاء” من قبل المستشار المعارض، مشيرة إلى أن “الاستقلالية في التنظيم” تعني أن لكل فريق طريقته في التدبير والتواصل. ودعت اللجنة المعارضة إلى ممارسة “استبداديتها” بعيداً عن تنظيمات الأحزاب الأخرى، معتبرة أن واجب الأخلاق السياسية يحتم احترام خصوصية كل تنظيم.
أبرز البيان أن اللقاء الذي نظمته الشبيبة كان مفتوحاً أمام جميع الأطياف، وشهد نقاشاً صريحاً ومباشراً، مهما اختلفت وجهات النظر والمواقف. ورفضت اللجنة الاتهامات التي تحدثت عن أن النشاط كان “مغلقاً” أو “سطحيًا”، مؤكدة أن التنظيم يؤمن بالاختلاف وبالرأي الآخر، وهو ما تجلى في حضور شخصيات بمواقف متباينة. وأضافت: “هذه تربية سياسية على الإيمان بالاختلاف وبالرأي الآخر، مهما كان حاداً”.
وفي ختام بيانها، انتقلت اللجنة إلى جوهر النقاش، وهو المضمون والأرقام التي قدمها السيد عبد العزيز الطايفي، رئيس لجنة الميزانية بالمجلس الجماعي. وأشارت اللجنة إلى أن المعارضة، ومن خلال ردودها، لم تنفِ صحة هذه الأرقام أو تقدم معطيات مضادة لها، بل اكتفت بالتعليق على شكل التنظيم والملابسات الإجرائية. واعتبرت أن هذا يؤكد أن النقاش الجوهري حول المنجزات والنتائج لم يتم تناوله بشكل موضوعي.
تؤكد شبيبة حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار بأولاد تايمة أن اللقاء المنظم كان ممارسة سياسية طبيعية، تهدف إلى تقريب المواطنين من العمل الجماعي ومناقشة المنجزات. وتشير إلى أن ما ورد من انتقادات لا ينفي صحة الأرقام المقدمة، ويبقى باب النقاش المفتوح والمتكافئ مفتوحاً أمام الجميع، بعيداً عن التجريح والمحاولات البائسة لتشويه المبادرات السياسية الهادفة.
