إعلام الجزائر يهاجم موريتانيا بسبب مشروع المعبر البري أمكالة السمارة – بئر أم كرين
صعّد الإعلام الجزائري لهجته تجاه موريتانيا، على خلفية مشروع المعبر البري أمكالة السمارة – بئر أم كرين، الذي يربط الأقاليم الجنوبية للمغرب بالأراضي الموريتانية، متهماً الإمارات بالوقوف وراء “مخطط إستراتيجي” لتعزيز الحضور المغربي وإعادة تشكيل التحالفات في المنطقة.
صحيفة “لاباتري” الجزائرية اعتبرت الخطوة خروجاً عن الحياد التقليدي لنواكشوط في ملف الصحراء، محذرة من أبعاد جيوسياسية وأمنية واقتصادية للمشروع، ومن “تغلغل إماراتي” قد يربط موريتانيا بشبكة مصالح مشتركة مع المغرب، معتبرة أن هذه الشراكة جزء من أجندة أوسع تخدم الرباط وأبوظبي.
استثمارات إماراتية واتهامات جزائرية
أشارت الصحيفة المقربة من النظام الجزائري إلى أن النفوذ الإماراتي في موريتانيا تعزز عبر مشاريع في الموانئ والمناجم، مع اتهامات باستخدام هذه الاستثمارات كغطاء لعمليات تهريب الذهب من دارفور، وتدفقات مالية وأسلحة خفيفة نحو منطقة الساحل.
مشروع إستراتيجي يعزز الربط الإقليمي
المشروع الطرقي الجديد يشكل محوراً إستراتيجياً يهدف إلى تمكين الدول الإفريقية غير الساحلية من الوصول إلى المحيط الأطلسي عبر الأقاليم الجنوبية للمملكة، بما يدعم البنية التحتية المغربية ويحفز التنمية الاقتصادية في المناطق الحدودية.
ويمتد المشروع على مسافة 93 كيلومتراً وبعرض 6 أمتار، مع نسبة إنجاز بلغت 95%، وبكلفة تناهز 49,72 مليون درهم، ليربط جماعة أمكالة بإقليم السمارة بمدينة بئر أم كرين الموريتانية. ويهدف إلى تنشيط التجارة والخدمات، خلق فرص شغل، تقليص المسافة مع الحدود الموريتانية، وخفض تكاليف اللوجستيك وزمن العبور.
الرباط: جسر للتكامل الإقليمي
ترى الرباط في المعبر الجديد جسراً للتكامل الاقتصادي وتسهيل حركة البضائع والأشخاص، بينما تعتبره وسائل إعلام جزائرية خطوة لترسيخ الحضور المغربي في الصحراء وإعادة رسم موازين القوى في المنطقة، وسط مخاوف من اصطفافات سياسية واقتصادية جديدة تشمل موريتانيا.
