الرباط والدار البيضاء..مبلغ ضخم لبناء قنطرتين جديدتين على الطريق السيار بين ..التفاصيل
أعطت الشركة الوطنية للطرق السيارة بالمغرب، برئاسة محمد الشرقاوي الدقاقي، الضوء الأخضر لإسناد صفقة بقيمة 60 مليار سنتيم لشركة “جيت كونتراكتورز”، من أجل تشييد قنطرتين على وادي الشراط ووادي
يكيم، ضمن مشروع الطريق السيار القاري الرابط بين الرباط والدار البيضاء.
تفاصيل الصفقة
قنطرة وادي الشراط: كلفة إنجازها تُقدَّر بـ 36,3 مليار سنتيم.
قنطرة وادي يكيم: ستكلف حوالي 23,6 مليار سنتيم.
وتندرج هذه الأشغال ضمن مشروع ضخم تصل تكلفته الإجمالية إلى 6,5 مليار درهم، يشمل تسعة أشطر أساسية، تتوزع بين تهيئة منصات الطريق، أشغال الهندسة المدنية، وبناء تسعة جسور وعبّارات.
توزيع الأشطر بين المقاولات
ووفق المعطيات الرسمية، فقد جرى توزيع إنجاز مختلف المقاطع بين شركات مغربية وأجنبية، من بينها:
موجازين، إل الحلاوي، وسيبروب (مقاولات مغربية).
تجمعات مع شركات صينية مثل تشاينا رود آند بريدج كوربوريشن وتشاينا ريلواي.
ومن أصل تسعة أشطر، تولّت المقاولات المغربية إنجاز ستة منها.
تحديات تقنية ومناطق حساسة
يمتد المشروع عبر مناطق حساسة تشمل:
التفافي الدار البيضاء.
الطريق الإقليمي 4022.
مرورًا بأودية: المالح، ننيفخ، الغبار، الشراط، ويكيم.
وتتطلب هذه الأشغال تجهيزات خاصة بالنظر إلى التعقيدات التقنية، لضمان استدامة الطريق وانسيابية حركة المرور.
هذا، ويُعتبر الطريق السيار الرابط بين الرباط والدار البيضاء من أكثر الممرات ازدحامًا في المغرب، لكونه يربط بين العاصمة السياسية والعاصمة الاقتصادية. ولذلك تُعد هذه المشاريع رهانًا استراتيجيًا للتخفيف من الضغط
وتحسين ظروف التنقل.
