المغرب… مصادقة حكومية على مرسوم جديد لتعويضات طلبة الطب
صادق مجلس الحكومة المغربية، يوم الخميس 2 أكتوبر 2025، على مشروع مرسوم رقم 2.25.819، الذي يحدد التعويضات الممنوحة للمهام التي يؤديها طلبة كليات الطب والصيدلة وطب الأسنان خلال فترة تدريبهم بالمستشفيات والمراكز الاستشفائية الجامعية.
ويهدف هذا المشروع إلى مراجعة المبالغ الشهرية للتعويضات للطلبة المتدربين، سواء كانوا خارجيين أو داخليين أو مقيمين، في إطار إصلاح شامل للمنظومة الصحية بالمملكة.
وقد أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، أن هذه الخطوة تأتي لمواكبة ورش الحماية الاجتماعية وتوسيع التغطية الصحية، بما في ذلك تعميم التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض، والذي يتطلب رفع كفاءة الموارد البشرية الصحية وتحسين تكوينها على المدى الطويل.
وتأتي هذه المصادقة في سياق تعزيز الحوافز للطلبة أثناء فترة تكوينهم، وتحسين ظروف التدريب العملي، خاصة في ظل النقص الهيكلي في الموارد البشرية الطبية وشبه الطبية بالمغرب.
ويُتوقع أن تسهم هذه الخطوة في تعزيز استعداد الطلبة لممارسة مهنتهم مستقبلاً بما يخدم المنظومة الصحية الوطنية ويعود بالنفع على المواطنين
