أول ليلة لـ ساركوزي في السجن..استقبال قاسٍ
ذكرت وسائل إعلام فرنسية، الأربعاء، أن نزلاء سجن “لا سانتيه” استقبلوا الرئيس الفرنسي الأسبق نيكولا ساركوزي بالإهانة والصراخ.
وقضى ساركوزي أول ليلة له خلف القضبان، الثلاثاء، داخل سجن “لا سانتيه”، بعد إدانته بالسجن 5 سنوات نافذة، في قضية ما يعرف بـ”التمويل الليبي” لحملته الانتخابية عام 2007.
ووثقت مقاطع فيديو نشرت على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، صراخ وإهانات أطلقها النزلاء ضد ساركوزي.
وسمع صراخ أحد النزلاء وهو يقول: “نحن ذاهبون للانتقام للقذافي.. أرجع المليارات”.
فيما قال أحدهم: “هاي ساركوزي، استيقظ”.
وانتشرت هذه المقاطع كالنار في الهشيم، وأثارت موجة من التفاعل على الإنترنت بين من يستنكر انتشار الهواتف داخل السجون، ومن يسخر من المصير الذي آل إليه الرئيس الأسبق
للجمهورية الفرنسية، وفقا لما ذكرته صحيفة “لا ديبيش” الفرنسية.
وقال محامي ساركوزي: “جميع السجناء يحدثون ضوضاء، كانوا يصرخون ويطرقون على الجدران”.
وفي وقت سابق من الأربعاء، قال وزير الداخلية الفرنسي، لوران نونيز إن ساركوزي سيحاط بضابطين من الشرطة بجواره أثناء فترة سجنه لضمان عدم تعرضه للأذى.
ونقل ساركوزي (70 عاما)، الثلاثاء، إلى قسم العزل داخل السجن، حيث يقيم في زنزانة انفرادية لضمان أمنه وسرية احتجازه.
وكشفت صحيفة “لو باريزيان” الفرنسية أن ساركوزي دخل السجن الواقع في باريس، مصحوبا بحقيبة صغيرة تحتوي على 3 كتب، و10 صور شخصية فقط.
ويحتجز ساركوزي في قسم للعزل الانفرادي بسجن “لا سانتيه”، في منطقة خاصة تسمى “الحي الخاص”.
وتبلغ مساحة الغرفة التي سيسجن فيها 11 مترا مربعا، مجهزة بسرير مثبت في الأرض، ومكتب صغير، ودش ومرحاض.
وسيتمكن ساركوزي من الاتصال بـ10 أرقام محددة عبر الهاتف، كما سيسمح له بثلاث زيارات أسبوعية.
ومن المتوقع أن تستمر فترة احتجازه لأسابيع أو أشهر، حيث قدم محاموه طلبا للإفراج المشروط، على أن تنظر المحكمة فيه خلال شهرين.
وإذا رفض الاستئناف، قد يبقى ساركوزي محتجزا حتى محاكمته في الاستئناف المقررة عام 2026
