مفتش شرطة يقتل سيدة باستعمال سلاحه الوظيفي داخل مسكنه
فتحت المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بسلا الجديدة، زوال اليوم الأحد 2 نونبر، بحثاً قضائياً تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد ملابسات ودوافع ارتكاب مفتش شرطة لجريمة قتل باستعمال سلاحه الوظيفي خارج نطاق مهامه.
وحسب المعطيات الأولية المتوفرة، فقد عُثر على جثة سيدة داخل منزل الشرطي المشتبه فيه باقامة الروحيين بسلا الجديدة، وهي تحمل آثار طلقة نارية صادرة عن مسدس وظيفي، فيما باشرت مصالح الأمن إجراءات المعاينة الميدانية وجمع الأدلة التقنية.
وقد تم تكليف عناصر الشرطة العلمية والتقنية بإجراء الخبرات الباليستية اللازمة، في حين تم نقل جثة الضحية إلى مستودع الأموات قصد إخضاعها للتشريح الطبي بأمر من النيابة العامة، التي تتابع التحقيق عن كثب لكشف كافة تفاصيل وظروف هذه الواقعة المأساوية.
