إدراج القفطان المغربي على قائمة اليونسكو للتراث العالمي غير المادي
في خطوة تاريخية، أعلنت منظمة اليونسكو اليوم الأربعاء 10 دجنبر 2025، إدراج القفطان المغربي ضمن قائمتها للتراث الثقافي غير المادي باسم المغرب، بعد سنوات من العمل والمتابعة

الملف المغربي، الذي قُدم سنة 2023، استوفى جميع المستلزمات التقنية والقانونية وفق الأمانة العامة لليونسكو، وهو ما مهد الطريق للاعتراف الدولي الرسمي بهذا الرمز الثقافي والفني
المغربي.
وخلال مناقشة الملف، واجهت المغرب اعتراضات من بعض الأطراف، أبرزها الجزائر، التي طالبت بتأجيل الإدراج بدعوى وجود مشاكل إجرائية وتشابه بعض العناصر مع تراث جزائري.
غير أن الدعم الدولي الواسع، وعلى رأسه موقف البرغواي، أكد أصالة الموروث المغربي وأسهم في إبطال أي محاولة لإفشال الملف.
وأكدت اليونسكو التزام المغرب التام بكافة المعايير والإجراءات، حيث قدمت المملكة جميع المواد والمعلومات المحدثة، بما فيها فيديوهات توثق دور القفطان وتأثيره في المجتمع المغربي، دون أي
تعديل على المحتوى الأصلي.
وفي سياق التصدي للمحاولات المتكررة من بعض الأطراف، تقدمت الباراغواي، بدعم من الإمارات وهايتي، بمقترح تعديل جديد على مشروع القرار 7.b.33 المتعلق بالملف المغربي، كما أوضح
رئيس اللجنة لصون التراث الثقافي غير المادي صباح اليوم.
ومن جانبها، طالبت الجزائر بتسجيل القفطان كتراث مشترك، لكن البعثة المغربية رفضت هذا المقترح بشكل قاطع. كما حاولت الجزائر، عبر مستشار قانوني، الطعن في الملف المغربي من
خلال الطعن في آجال الإيداع، إلا أن اللجنة الحكومية لصون التراث الثقافي دافعت بقوة عن موقف المغرب وحقه في الإدراج.
بهذا، يرسّخ القفطان المغربي مكانته كرمز ثقافي وفني يعكس أصالة وهوية المملكة، ويضمن انتقال قيمه وتقاليده من جيل إلى جيل، وسط اعتراف دولي كامل بأصالته وخصوصيته.
