المغرب..لجنة المعطيات توضح موقفها من نشر لوائح الصحفيين
أكدت اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، اليوم الإثنين، أنها “غير مسؤولة تماما” عن عدم نشر لوائح الصحفيين الذين منحت لهم بطاقة الصحافة المهنية من طرف
المجلس الوطني للصحافة أو من طرف اللجنة المؤقتة لتسيير شؤون الصحافة والنشر.
وأوضحت اللجنة في بلاغ لها على إثر التصريحات الصادرة عن بعض المسؤولين في اللجنة المؤقتة لتسيير شؤون الصحافة والنشر حول نشر لوائح الصحفيين الذين منحت لهم بطاقة الصحافة
المهنية، أنه “تنويرا للرأي العام، وإبعادا لكل لبس، وإيمانا منها بأهمية الشفافية في الإخبار”، فإنها “غير مسؤولة تماما” عن عدم نشر هذه اللوائح.
وتابع البلاغ أن “هذا الموضوع لا يندرج ضمن الاختصاصات القانونية للجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي”، مشددا على أن اللجنة “عبرت في مناسبات سابقة وبوضوح،
عن كونها ليست ضد نشر هذه اللوائح”، وأكدت في الوقت ذاته أنها “غير معنية بالشؤون التنظيمية المرتبطة بالتنظيم الذاتي لمهنة الصحافة وبتدبيرها المهني”.
وفي هذا الصدد، نبهت اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي إلى ضرورة عدم حشرها بأي حال من الأحوال، في قضايا لا تدخل ضمن صلاحياتها، ولا ترتبط باختصاصاتها
