في مشهد يعكس حجم الإهمال الذي تعيشه الأحياء السكنية، عبّر سكان الحي المحمدي والنهضة 3 بأولاد تايمة عن استنكارهم الشديد لتجاهل المجلس الجماعي لمعاناتهم اليومية، جراء الأزقة التي تحولت إلى برك من مياه الأمطار ، في مشهد يتكرر كلما نزل الغيث تتحول شوارعهم إلى مستنقعات تعيق الحركة وتشكل تهديداً حقيقياً لصحة الأطفال والعائلات، وسط غياب تام لأي تدخل من طرف السلطات المحلية أو المجلس الجماعي رغم وعود سابقة لم ترَ النور.
وتعكس الصور الملتقطة من داخل الأحياء حجم الكارثة التي يعيشها السكان، حيث تتراكم المياه في حفر عميقة لأشهر طويلة، ما يعيق حركة التنقل داخل هذه الاحياء ، الوضع تفاقم بشكل كبير مع حلول فصل الشتاء، دون أن تتحرك أي جهة مسؤولة لإنقاذ الوضع أو حتى التكرم بالرد على مطالب الساكنة.
وفي خطوة تعكس اليأس الذي بلغته الساكنة، كشفت مصادر محلية أن السكان تقدموا بعريضة رسمية موقعة من طرفهم إلى مكتب الضبط بالمجلس الجماعي لأولاد تايمة منذ أكثر من سنة، تطالب بتدخل عاجل لإنقاذ الأزقة من الانهيار وتصريف المياه الراكدة، لكن العريضة بقيت دون أي جواب أو رد، في تجاهل صارخ لمعاناة المواطنين الذين يقطنون هذه الأحياء، وهو ما اعتبره المراقبون دليلاً على انفصال المجلس عن هموم المواطنين الحقيقية.
وتتوفر جريدة “الدائرة نيوز” على نسخة من العريضة المذكورة، والتي حملت توقيعات العشرات من السكان المتضررين، لتؤكد بذلك أن المأساة موثقة بكل أبعادها القانونية والإنسانية. وفي ظل استمرار المعاناة، تطالب الساكنة بعقد لقاء عاجل مع رئيسة المجلس الجماعي، واتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة لإنقاذ الأزقة قبل وقوع كارثة حقيقية، محملة المسؤولية الكاملة للمجلس الجماعي في كل ما قد ينجم عن هذا الإهمال من أضرار صحية ومادية.
