الرئيس عبد المجيد تبون غاضب من كينيا بسبب المغرب
في تطور سياسي لافت على مستوى القارة الإفريقية، كشفت تقارير إعلامية جزائرية أن الرئيس عبد المجيد تبون قد دخل على خط التحركات الدبلوماسية لبلاده في كينيا، حيث أجرى مشاورات مع وزير الخارجية وسفير الجزائر في نيروبي، في محاولة لاحتواء التداعيات السياسية الناتجة عن التغيير المفاجئ في موقف كينيا من ملف الصحراء المغربية.
ويأتي هذا التحرك بقيادة عبد المجيد تبون، عقب صدور بيان مشترك بين المغرب وكينيا، أعلن خلاله الطرف الكيني دعمه الصريح لمبادرة الحكم الذاتي التي تقترحها المملكة المغربية، واصفًا إياها بـ”المقاربة الوحيدة والواقعية والمستدامة” لحل النزاع، وذلك في إطار السيادة المغربية الكاملة على أقاليمها الجنوبية.
البيان المشترك صدر عقب المباحثات الرسمية التي جمعت وزير الخارجية المغربي ناصر بوريطة بنظيره الكيني موساليا مودافادي في الرباط، وشكل مفاجأة من العيار الثقيل بالنظر إلى التاريخ الطويل لدعم كينيا لجبهة البوليساريو الانفصالية، حيث كانت تعتبر من أبرز معاقل التيار الانفصالي داخل القارة، وواحدة من الحلفاء التقليديين للجزائر في هذا الملف.
الرباط تكسر الجليد.. وكينيا تنضم للداعمين للمغرب
هذا التحول في موقف نيروبي يُعد مكسبًا دبلوماسيًا كبيرًا للمغرب، ويمثل ضربة موجعة للتحالف الجزائري-الجنوب إفريقي، الذي يُعتبر الداعم الأبرز لجبهة البوليساريو على مستوى الاتحاد الإفريقي.
ولم يصدر أي رد فعل رسمي من الجزائر أو البوليساريو عقب هذا التغير، وهو ما أثار استغراب المراقبين، لا سيما إذا قورن بسرعة تفاعلهما في مناسبات سابقة. ففي عام 2022، عندما غرد الرئيس الكيني ويليام روتو معلنًا سحب بلاده الاعتراف بما يسمى بـ”الجمهورية الصحراوية” وطرد ممثليها من نيروبي، سارعت الجزائر والبوليساريو خلال ساعات إلى نفي الخبر وتكذيبه عبر بلاغات رسمية.
أما اليوم، ومع صدور موقف واضح من الحكومة الكينية في بيان رسمي مشترك مع الرباط، فإن الطرفين – الجزائر والبوليساريو – اختارا الصمت، ما يُفسَّر على أنه ارتباك سياسي يعكس حجم الإحراج الدبلوماسي الذي سببه الموقف الكيني الجديد.
تحرك جزائري لاحتواء الأزمة
ووفق ما أوردته المصادر الجزائرية، فإن تبون طالب بمراجعة فورية للتحركات الجزائرية في كينيا، مع دعوة وزارة الخارجية إلى تقييم الوضع الجديد والعمل على تعزيز حضور الجزائر داخل نيروبي، في محاولة لإعادة التوازن، وسط شعور متزايد بفقدان حليف إفريقي استراتيجي لطالما ساند أطروحة مشروخة اسمها “تقرير المصير” التي تروج لها الجزائر في الصحراء.
ويُتوقع أن يتواصل هذا التحول في المواقف الإفريقية، خصوصًا في ظل الدينامية الدبلوماسية التي تقودها الرباط في السنوات الأخيرة، والتي أفضت إلى تحولات ملموسة في مواقف عدد من الدول الإفريقية من النزاع الإقليمي حول الصحراء.
دعم إفريقي يتزايد للمغرب.. وعبد المجيد تبون أمام عزلة دبلوماسية
تزايد الدعم لمبادرة الحكم الذاتي المغربية يضع الجزائر والبوليساريو في موقف صعب داخل الاتحاد الإفريقي، ويقلّص من رقعة التحالفات التقليدية التي ظلت تُستخدم كورقة ضغط ضد السيادة المغربية.
ويبدو أن الرباط نجحت في اختراق حصون طالما بدت منيعة، عبر لغة المصالح والتعاون الاقتصادي، لتعيد تشكيل الخريطة السياسية لمواقف الدول الإفريقية تجاه قضية الصحراء المرغبية، بينما تجد الجزائر نفسها أمام تحدٍ متزايد للحفاظ على ما تبقى من داعميها الإقليميين.
