المغرب ..المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط يطلق عملية تمويل جديدة بسقف 5 مليارات درهم
حصلت مجموعة المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط على تأشيرة الهيئة المغربية لسوق الرساميل لإطلاق عملية إصدار سندات اقتراض تابعية لأجل غير محدد، بقيمة إجمالية قد تصل إلى خمسة مليارات درهم، في خطوة تندرج ضمن استراتيجية المجموعة لتنويع مصادر التمويل وتعزيز قدراتها الاستثمارية.
وأفادت الهيئة المغربية لسوق الرساميل، في بلاغ رسمي، أن عملية الاكتتاب ستنطلق يوم 11 يونيو الجاري وتستمر إلى غاية 15 يونيو، وتشمل أربعة أشطر غير مدرجة، بقيمة قصوى تبلغ 1.25 مليار درهم لكل شطر، موزعة على 12 ألفاً و500 سند لكل فئة.
ويتميز هذا الإصدار بكونه يهم سندات اقتراض تابعية ذات أجل لا محدود، مع إمكانية التسديد الاختياري وتأجيل أداء القسائم وفق الشروط المحددة في المنشور المعتمد من طرف الهيئة.
وفي ما يتعلق بالعائدات، أوضحت الهيئة أن أسعار الفائدة تختلف بحسب طبيعة كل شطر، حيث تم تحديد نسبة 2.87 في المائة للشطر الأول خلال السنة الأولى مع مراجعة سنوية، و3.64 في المائة للشطر الثاني خلال السنوات الست الأولى مع مراجعة كل ست سنوات.
أما الشطر الثالث، فسيستفيد من نسبة فائدة تبلغ 4.18 في المائة خلال الاثنتي عشرة سنة الأولى، على أن تتم مراجعتها كل 12 سنة، فيما حددت الفائدة الخاصة بالشطر الرابع في 4.82 في المائة خلال العشرين سنة الأولى مع إمكانية مراجعتها كل 20 سنة.
ويعكس هذا الإصدار المالي الكبير استمرار المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط في اللجوء إلى أدوات تمويل متنوعة لمواكبة برامجه الاستثمارية ومشاريعه الصناعية، في ظل الدينامية التي يشهدها قطاع الفوسفاط والأسمدة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.
كما يُنتظر أن يساهم هذا التمويل في دعم خطط المجموعة الرامية إلى تعزيز تنافسيتها وتوسيع استثماراتها الاستراتيجية خلال السنوات المقبلة.
