لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي والاستثمار..شراكة استراتيجية بين المغرب وموريتانيا
أعلنت الدورة الأولى للمنتدى البرلماني الاقتصادي الموريتاني المغربي، التي انعقدت في العاصمة الموريتانية نواكشوط يومي 9 و10 ماي 2025، عن التزام البلدين بتعزيز التعاون الثنائي في مجموعة من القطاعات الحيوية، أبرزها الأمن الغذائي، الزراعة، تربية الماشية، الصيد البحري، التكوين المهني، وتسهيل الاستثمار.
أشار المشاركون إلى أهمية تعزيز استثمار الموارد الزراعية والبحرية في كلا البلدين، مع التركيز على تحديث أساليب العمل وزيادة الإنتاجية من خلال أساليب مستدامة. وتم التأكيد على ضرورة تشجيع إنشاء جمعيات إنتاج وتعاونيات لتحسين الفلاحة التضامنية، بالإضافة إلى توسيع الأنشطة الزراعية العضوية التي تشهد طلبًا متزايدًا على المستوى الدولي.
كما ناقش المنتدى تبادل الخبرات في مجال البيطرة، بما في ذلك تطوير سلالات الماشية وتعزيز تقنيات الصحة الحيوانية، مع ضرورة التدريب المستمر للكوادر البيطرية لمكافحة الأمراض.
فيما يخص الموارد البحرية، تم التأكيد على أهمية استغلال هذه الثروات بشكل مستدام، وتطوير مشاريع مشتركة في قطاع الصيد البحري تساهم في ضمان الأمن الغذائي وزيادة الدخل من العملة الصعبة.
كما ركز المنتدى على تعزيز التعاون في التكوين المهني والتقني بين البلدين، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية ميدانية لتبادل المهارات والمعرفة، وتطوير برامج مشتركة في مجالات التعليم الفني والتكوين المستمر. وبحث المنتدى ضرورة تحسين بيئة الاستثمار بين البلدين، وتسهيل التنقل المنتظم للأشخاص والبضائع عبر تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية والمواكبة المستمرة للمستثمرين.
وأعرب الجانبان عن ثقتهما في الإمكانيات التي يوفرها التعاون الثنائي، وأكدا على أهمية تحويل المنطقة إلى فضاء ازدهار مشترك يعود بالفائدة على الشعبين الموريتاني والمغربي. مع تأكيد مواصلة التعاون المثمر بين البلدين في المستقبل.
