المغرب يشارك بجنيف في مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته ال62
تشارك المملكة المغربية في أشغال الدورة الثانية والستين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان التي ستنعقد خلال الفترة ما بين 22 و26 يونيو الجاري في جنيف، بوفد يترأسه المندوب الوزاري المكلف بحقوق الإنسان، محمد الحبيب بلكوش.
وذكر بلاغ للمندوبية الوزارية المكلفة بحقوق الإنسان أن المشاركة المغربية في هذه الدورة تتميز بتنظيم ندوة دولية موازية يوم 25 يونيو الجاري حول موضوع “حماية حقوق الإنسان من خلال الوقاية من الفساد” وذلك بشراكة بين المندوبية والهيئة الوطنية للنزاهة والوقاية من الرشوة ومحاربتها، بصفتها مؤسسة دستورية مستقلة، وبتعاون مع البعثة الدائمة للمملكة المغربية لدى الأمم المتحدة.
وأوضح المصدر ذاته أن هذه الندوة التي سيحضرها السيد بلكوش ورئيس الهيئة الوطنية للنزاهة والوقاية من الرشوة ومحاربتها، محمد بنعليلو، ستعرف مشاركة خبراء دوليين، على رأسهم عميد الأكاديمية الدولية لمكافحة الفساد في فيينا، وستشكل مناسبة لتبادل التجارب والممارسات الفضلى، وتقوية أوجه التكامل بين المسارات الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان ومكافحة الفساد، وتقاسم خلاصات ومسار التجربة المغربية.
كما ستتيح الندوة التأكيد على أهمية التعاون بين المؤسسات الوطنية المعنية، سواء تعلق الأمر بالآليات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، أو هيئات الوقاية من الفساد أو الآليات الوطنية المكلفة بمتابعة تنفيذ الالتزامات الدولية.
وستشارك المندوبية الوزارية المكلفة بحقوق الإنسان في اللقاء المبرمج يوم 23 يونيو الجاري لتقديم خلاصات حوار جليون 11 الذي كانت من الشركاء المنظمين له حول موضوع “بكين بعد 30 عاما: تعبئة نظام الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان للتقدم نحو تحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين والتمتع الكامل بحقوق النساء والفتيات”.
وسيعقد السيد بلكوش على هامش هذه الدورة مجموعة من اللقاءات الثنائية مع مسؤولين أممين وشخصيات دولية للتباحث بشأن كبرى القضايا الرامية إلى النهوض بمجال حقوق الإنسان، فضلا عن تقديم خلاصات الورشة الدولية للتفكير التي احتضنتها المملكة المغربية يومي 5 و6 يونيو 2026 حول تقييم الاستعراض الدوري الشامل وآفاقه.
