بتهم الخيانة الزوجية والفساد..الحبس النافذ في حق “شوافة” ورجل متزوج
أصدرت الغرفة الجنحية التلبسية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بمدينة مراكش حكما بالحبس النافذ في حق امرأة تنشط في مجال الشعوذة ورجل متزوج، على خلفية متابعتهما في قضية تتعلق بالخيانة
الزوجية والفساد وممارسة السحر.
وقضت هيئة الحكم بسجن المتهمة سنة واحدة حبسا نافذا بعد إدانتها بتهم الفساد وممارسة الشعوذة، فيما أدين الرجل المتزوج بعشرة أشهر حبسا نافذا من أجل الخيانة الزوجية، وذلك في
ظل تمسك زوجته بمتابعته ورفضها التنازل عن الشكاية.
وتعود وقائع القضية إلى يوم الثلاثاء 9 دجنبر 2025، حين تقدمت زوجة المعني بالأمر بشكاية إلى المصالح الأمنية، أفادت فيها بتواجد زوجها داخل شقة تستغلها امرأة معروفة بممارسة
“الشعوذة” بإحدى التجزئات السكنية القريبة من سوق السمك بمنطقة المحاميد بمراكش، وهو ما أسفر عن تدخل أمني وتوقيف المعنيين قبل عرضهما على أنظار القضاء.
