ومما جاء في هذه البرقية، أيضا « وإذ أثمن عاليا هذا التوجه، أود أن أؤكد لكم حرص المملكة المغربية على مواصلة العمل مع فرنسا، بنفس روح الصداقة والثقة والالتزام، من أجل بلوغ الآفاق الطموحة التي حددناها – أنا وفخامتكم – سويا لبلدينا ».
