قطاع النقل…دولة أوروبية تفتح أبوابها لسائقي الشاحنات المغاربة
في ظل النقص الحاد الذي تشهده ألمانيا في سائقي الشاحنات، أطلقت شركة “كابا” (Capa) للخدمات الشخصية، التي تتخذ من مدينة ماينز مقرًا لها، برنامجًا جديدًا يهدف إلى استقطاب سائقين مؤهلين من خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي، مع تركيز خاص على الكفاءات المغربية.
ويأتي هذا البرنامج الطموح كاستجابة مباشرة للأزمة المتفاقمة في قطاع النقل البري بألمانيا، حيث باتت الشركات تواجه صعوبات كبيرة في تغطية حاجياتها من اليد العاملة المؤهلة. ويتضمن المشروع خطة متكاملة تمتد بين 12 و16 أسبوعًا، تشمل دورات مكثفة في اللغة الألمانية، إلى جانب تأهيل نظري وتدريب عملي على الأراضي الألمانية. كما يتيح البرنامج للمشاركين فرصة الحصول على رخص القيادة الألمانية من فئتي “B” و”C”، مع خيار التوسيع إلى الفئة “CE” لسائقي الشاحنات، أو “D” مع خيار “DE” لسائقي الحافلات.
ولم تغفل الشركة الجوانب العملية والإدارية، حيث أعلنت تكفلها بكافة الإجراءات المتعلقة بالتأشيرات والإقامات، فضلًا عن توفير دورات في الإسعافات الأولية وإصدار بطاقة السائق الرقمية اللازمة للعمل في ألمانيا.
وتسعى “كابا” من خلال هذا النموذج إلى تسهيل الاندماج المهني والاجتماعي للمرشحين المغاربة، من خلال منح الشركات الألمانية فرصة للتعرف عليهم مبكرًا عبر مقابلات افتراضية أو المشاركة في أيام توظيف تُنظم بالمغرب. وتمتد فترة التخطيط ما بين توقيع العقد وبداية العمل الفعلي من 26 إلى 36 أسبوعًا، وتقل هذه المدة إلى حوالي 18 أسبوعًا بالنسبة للسائقين الذين التحقوا فعليًا بالتدريب.
وأشارت “كابا” إلى أن العديد من المتقدمين المغاربة أظهروا قدرة كبيرة على تعلم اللغة الألمانية في فترة وجيزة، رغم التحديات التي تفرضها مسألة عدم الاعتراف الرسمي برخص القيادة المغربية في ألمانيا، وهو ما يعزز الحاجة لبرامج تأهيل شاملة كهذا.
وقد انضمت بالفعل إحدى كبرى شركات النقل في جنوب ألمانيا إلى هذا البرنامج، لتصبح من أوائل المتعاقدين على توظيف سائقين مغاربة، في خطوة تعكس رغبة حقيقية في إيجاد حلول طويلة الأمد لمعضلة نقص العمالة في قطاع النقل.
ويُعد هذا المشروع بمثابة جسر جديد يربط بين المغرب وألمانيا، فاتحًا آفاقًا واعدة أمام الكفاءات المغربية الباحثة عن فرص عمل نوعية في السوق الأوروبية، خاصة في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية والديموغرافية التي تشهدها القارة.
