لتعزيز قدراته الجوية ..المغرب يقترب من صفقة تاريخية لاقتناء مقاتلات “رافال” F4
تتجه القوات الجوية الملكية المغربية نحو مرحلة جديدة من التطوير والتحديث، في ظل تحركات لافتة على الساحة الدفاعية خلال الأشهر الأخيرة، مع مؤشرات قوية على قرب إبرام صفقة لاقتناء مقاتلات “رافال” F4 الفرنسية.
ويأتي هذا التوجه كبديل طبيعي لطائرات “ميراج” F1CH/EH التي دخلت مرحلة التحديث منذ قرابة عقدين، ما يعكس سعي المغرب إلى تحديث قدراته القتالية ومواكبة التطورات الإقليمية والدولية.
الخطوة المغربية أثارت اهتمامًا وقلقًا في واشنطن، التي كانت تراهن على تسويق مقاتلات F-16V Viper عبر شركة “لوكهيد مارتن”. وفي المقابل، كثفت فرنسا جهودها الدبلوماسية والعسكرية، وكان أبرزها التمرين العسكري المشترك “ماراثون 25” بين 23 يونيو و5 يوليو 2025، حيث أتيحت للطيارين المغاربة فرصة اختبار طائرات “رافال” مباشرة ضمن الجناح الرابع للقوات الجوية الفرنسية.
وأفادت تقارير بمشاركة جنرالين مغربيين في طلعات جوية على متن النسخة الثنائية Rafale B، مما منح المغرب تقييمًا عمليًا دقيقًا لقدرات هذه المقاتلة التي تثير اهتمامه منذ أكثر من عامين.
وتأتي هذه التطورات على خلفية تصاعد التوتر الإقليمي، خاصة بعد إعلان الجزائر نيتها اقتناء مقاتلات الجيل الخامس الروسية “سوخوي Su-57E”، ما دفع المغرب إلى إعادة النظر في الاعتماد على مقاتلات F-16V التي تعتبر أقل تقدمًا من حيث التكنولوجيا والقدرات القتالية. ومع تأكيد الصفقة الجزائرية في فبراير 2025، اتجهت الموازين نحو تعزيز التعاون العسكري المغربي الفرنسي، خاصة بعد الكشف عن أول رحلة لطائرة “سوخوي Su-34” الجزائرية.
وبحسب المعطيات، فإن الصفقة المغربية المحتملة قد تشمل اقتناء ما بين 20 و30 مقاتلة “رافال” F4، إضافة إلى طائرات Airbus A330 MRTT للتزود بالوقود جوًا، لتعويض الأسطول الحالي من طراز KC-130H الذي يعود لسبعينيات القرن الماضي.
ومن المتوقع توقيع العقد خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، مع بدء عمليات التسليم بين عامي 2030 و2031، في خطوة استراتيجية تعزز القدرات الجوية المغربية وتواكب تحديات المنطقة.
