إحالة المعتدي على سائق شاحنة بالقنيطرة على الجنايات في حالة اعتقال ومتابعته بتهمة محاولة القتل العمد
أحالت النيابة العامة لدى محكمة الاستئناف بالقنيطرة، يوم الاثنين 30 مارس 2026، الشخص الذي ظهر في مقطع فيديو وهو يعتدي على سائق شاحنة، على غرفة الجنايات الابتدائية في حالة اعتقال، وذلك على خلفية متابعته بتهمة محاولة القتل العمد.
وكانت مصالح الدرك الملكي قد أوقفت المشتبه فيه مباشرة بعد وقوع الحادث، حيث جرى وضعه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية، قبل تقديمه أمام أنظار النيابة العامة المختصة.
وجاء توقيف المعني بالأمر عقب تداول مقطع فيديو على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يوثق لحظة اعتدائه على الضحية بواسطة عصا على مستوى الرأس، في مشهد خلف استنكارا واسعا.
وفي ما يخص الحالة الصحية للضحية، أفادت معطيات رسمية بأنه لا يزال يرقد بالمركز الاستشفائي الاقليمي الزموري بمدينة القنيطرة، حيث يخضع للعلاج و المراقبة الطبية بقسم جراحة الدماغ، مشيرة إلى أن حالته مستقرة ولم تستدع إجراء عملية جراحية.
