إطلاق برنامج تكويني جديد لفائدة الصناع التقليديين بجهة سوس ماسة
شهدت جهة سوس ماسة، مؤخراً، إطلاق برنامج تكويني موجه لفائدة الصناع التقليديين والتعاونيات الحرفية، وذلك في إطار شراكة بين وزارة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي
والتضامني، ومجلس جهة سوس ماسة، وولاية الجهة، ومكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل، وغرفة الصناعة التقليدية.
ويستهدف هذا البرنامج مئات الصناع والصانعات التقليديين، بهدف تعزيز مهاراتهم وتطوير قدراتهم في مجالات متعددة، من بينها الخياطة، والجلود، والصياغة، والأعمال اليدوية المرتبطة بالتراث
المحلي. كما يندرج في إطار الإستراتيجية الوطنية للنهوض بقطاع الصناعة التقليدية، عبر التكوين المستمر وتشجيع الابتكار والإبداع الحرفي.
وسيستفيد المشاركون من تكوينات متخصصة تجمع بين الجوانب النظرية والتطبيقية، بما يتيح لهم تحسين جودة منتجاتهم وتطوير قدراتهم التنافسية داخل السوق الوطنية والدولية.
وأكدت الجهات المنظمة أن هذا البرنامج يعكس الرغبة المشتركة في جعل الصناعة التقليدية رافعة حقيقية للتنمية المحلية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني بجهة سوس ماسة، كما يفتح
المجال أمام الصناع التقليديين للاستفادة من فرص أوسع في مجالات التسويق، والابتكار، والتعاونيات الإنتاجية.
ويأتي إطلاق هذا البرنامج في سياق الاهتمام المتزايد بتثمين الرأسمال البشري ودعم الحرفيين من أجل مواجهة تحديات العصر، مع المحافظة على الهوية الثقافية والبعد التراثي للصناعة
التقليدية المغربية.
