التدهور الأمني يجبر الصين على انهاء شراكتها النفطية مع السودان
طلبت شركة البترول الوطنية الصينية “CNPC”، الأحد، من وزارة الطاقة والتعدين السودانية، عقد “اجتماع عاجل” في جوبا خلال الشهر الجاري لمناقشة إنهاء استثماراتها في السودان.
وقالت الشركة الصينية في بيان: “تبلغ شركة CNPC الصينية (وشركتها الفرعية بترو إنرجي) وزارة الطاقة والتعدين السودانية بأنها وللأسف مضطرة لطلب اجتماع عاجل في جوبا خلال
ديسمبر 2025 لمناقشة الإنهاء المبكر لكل من: اتفاقية تقاسم الإنتاج (PSA)، واتفاقية خط أنابيب النفط الخام (COPA) الخاصة بالبلوك 6”.
وأوضحت الشركة أن الأسباب الرئيسية للإنهاء تشمل “تدهور الوضع الأمني منذ اندلاع الحرب في 15 أبريل 2023، ونهب وتخريب مناطق الإنتاج في البلوك 6 وسقوطها خارج السيطرة”.
وأشارت الشركة أيضا إلى “توقف الإنتاج بالكامل منذ 30 أكتوبر 2023، وانهيار سلاسل الإمداد وعدم توفر المعدات وقطع الغيار”.
وأكدت “استحالة استئناف العمل رغم كل محاولات الشركة”، مشيرة إلى “إعلان الشركة حالة القوة القاهرة رسميا في يونيو 2025، والخسائر المالية الكبيرة نتيجة غياب الإيرادات واستمرار
المصروفات”.
وأضافت الشركة أنها ما تطلبه هو “عقد اجتماع مع الوزارة لمناقشة طريقة الإنهاء المبكر. تحديد موعد لا يتجاوز 31 ديسمبر 2025 لإنهاء الاتفاقيات نهائيا، واستقبال أي مقترحات من الوزارة حول
المكان والزمان وجدول الأعمال”.
واختتمت الشركة بيانها بالقول إن “الإنهاء ليس قرارا سياسيا بل نتيجة ظروف قاهرة”، مشددة على أن “التعاون المستقبلي مع السودان سيستمر بعد انتهاء النزاع وتحسن الأمن”.
