بدء التصويت في الاستفتاء على مشروع التعديلات الدستورية لسنة 2024
بدأت في تمام الساعة السابعة صباح اليوم عملية التصويت في الاستفتاء على مشروع التعديلات الدستورية لسنة 2024 على الدستور الدائم لدولة قطر.
وقد أتاحت اللجنة العامة للاستفتاء على التعديلات الدستورية أمام المواطنين المؤهلين للتصويت، القيام بالاستفتاء عبر لجان الاستفتاء الورقي وعددها 10 لجان، أو لجان الاستفتاء الإلكترونية وهي 18 لجنة، بالحضور شخصيا في أحد مقار الاستفتاء المعلن عنها، وإبراز البطاقة الشخصية القطرية، أو هوية قطر الرقمية، أو من خلال التصويت (عن بعد) باستخدام تطبيق مطراش (2) داخل الدولة وخارجها، علما بأن التصويت يكون بالاختيار بين (نعم) أو (لا).
وقبل بدء الاستفتاء وفتح مراكز الاقتراع في الساعة السابعة صباحا، حضر المواطنون ممن يحق لهم الإدلاء بآرائهم، في أجواء حماسية، ولحظة تاريخية، تؤكد بجلاء حرص الجميع على إنجاح هذا الحدث، واستشعار المسؤولية تجاه الوطن، وتعزيز نسيجه الاجتماعي في أبهى صورة وحلة، تمثل بكل صدق مرحلة مهمة في مسيرة البلاد الظافرة ووحدتها الوطنية.
وتستمر عملية التصويت حتى الساعة السابعة مساء، على أن تبدأ بعد ذلك مباشرة إجراءات فرز وعد الأصوات، لتعلن اللجنة العامة النتائج في غضون 24 ساعة من انتهاء التصويت.
وكان حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى “حفظه الله ورعاه” قد أصدر في 29 أكتوبر الماضي المرسوم رقم (87) لسنة 2024، بدعوة كافة المواطنين، ممن أتموا سن الثامنة عشرة، للمشاركة في استفتاء عام على التعديلات الدستورية على الدستور الدائم لدولة قطر في يوم الثلاثاء، الثالث من شهر جمادى الأولى عام 1446 هجرية، الموافق للخامس من شهر نوفمبر عام 2024 ميلادية.
ونص المرسوم على أن يبدأ الاستفتاء من الساعة السابعة صباحا وحتى الساعة السابعة مساء، وأن تعلن نتيجة الاستفتاء خلال 24 ساعة من انتهائه.
كما قرر مجلس الوزراء منح الإذن لجميع الموظفين القطريين بالانصراف المبكر من أماكن عملهم يوم الثلاثاء 5 نوفمبر اعتبارا من الساعة 11 صباحا، وذلك تلبية لدعوة حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، لكافة المواطنين للمشاركة في الاستفتاء العام على مشروع التعديلات الدستورية.
وأكد مجلس الوزراء أهمية المشاركة الشعبية الفعالة في الاستفتاء على مشروع التعديلات الدستورية، والتي ستجسد من جديد صورة أخرى من صور التلاحم الفريد بين الشعب القطري وقائد مسيرته، وتعزز القيم الحميدة المتوارثة والمبادئ الوطنية الراسخة.
إلى ذلك أكد سعادة الشيخ خليفة بن حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني وزير الداخلية، رئيس اللجنة العامة للاستفتاء، في بيان بثته الوزارة أمس، اكتمال المتطلبات اللازمة لعملية الاستفتاء، سواء عبر التصويت الورقي أو الإلكتروني في المقار التي تم الإعلان عنها، أو التصويت عن بعد من خلال تطبيق مطراش (2)، الأمر الذي يمكن شرائح المجتمع كافة من الإدلاء برأيهم في الاستفتاء وفقا لما كفله القانون.
