برنامج جديد للنقل الحضري بالمغرب باستثمار 11 مليار درهم لتحسين جودة الخدمات
أعلن وزير الداخلية، عبد الوافي لفتيت، أمام مجلس المستشارين عن إطلاق برنامج جديد للنقل الحضري بواسطة الحافلات للفترة الممتدة بين 2025 و2029، يهدف إلى تحقيق قطيعة مع التجارب السابقة في هذا المجال.
وأوضح الوزير، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية التي انعقدت أمس الثلاثاء، أن البرنامج يرتكز على استثمار إجمالي بقيمة 11 مليار درهم، ويشمل 37 سلطة مفوضة. ويهدف إلى اقتناء 3746 حافلة حديثة بمواصفات عالية الجودة.
وأشار السيد لفتيت إلى أن البرنامج يعتمد على مبدأ الفصل بين الاستثمار والتشغيل، حيث ستتكفل الدولة بشراء الحافلات وتوفيرها، بينما تُسند مهام التسيير إلى الشركات. كما يتضمن البرنامج التكفل الكامل بمكونات الاستثمار واستخدام تقنيات حديثة، مثل المنصات الرقمية، لتتبع العقود وضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمرتفقين.
وفي إطار تنفيذ هذا البرنامج، كشف الوزير عن إطلاق طلبات عروض لشراء 1317 حافلة في مدن فاس، مراكش، طنجة، تطوان، أكادير، وبنسليمان، مع برمجة تشغيل معظمها قبل نهاية السنة الجارية. كما أعلن أن فتح الأظرفة الخاصة بهذه الطلبات سيتم في 15 مارس المقبل.
وأضاف الوزير أن طلبات العروض المتبقية ستُطرح تدريجياً بهدف تشغيل جميع الحافلات بحلول عام 2026، مؤكداً أن هذا البرنامج سيُحدث نقلة نوعية في منظومة النقل الحضري بالمملكة.
