سائقي الطاكسيات في بني ملال يجرّون إلياس المالكي إلى القضاء
قدمت التنسيقية المحلية لسيارات الأجرة الصغيرة بمدينة بني ملال، برئاسة أمين القطاع عبد الله الزحنين، شكاية رسمية إلى وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية، ضد صانع المحتوى إلياس
المالكي، متهمة إياه بـ”السب والقذف والإساءة والتحريض على خطاب الكراهية” في حق مهنيي القطاع.
وأوضحت التنسيقية أن الفيديو المتداول على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يتضمن عبارات مهينة تمس كرامة سائقي سيارات الأجرة الصغيرة، وتشوه صورة قطاع يقدم خدمة عمومية أساسية
لفائدة الساكنة.
وحذرت التنسيقية من أن تكرار مثل هذه الخطابات قد يؤثر سلبا على السلم المهني، مطالبة بفتح تحقيق عاجل في الواقعة، والاستماع إلى إلياس المالكي، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة
لضمان احترام كرامة السائقين وحماية مهنتهم من أي تشهير أو إساءة.
