شارك وزير التجهيز والماء في أشغال الدورة الـ 26 لمنتدى الرباط للمعادن والمقاولات بالمدرسة الوطنية العليا للمعادن
شارك السيد نزار بركة، وزير التجهيز والماء، يوم أمس بالمدرسة الوطنية العليا للمعادن بالرباط، في أشغال الدورة الـ26 لمنتدى الرباط للمعادن والمقاولات، المنظم تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله، يومي 15 و16 أبريل الجاري، تحت شعار “التعاون جنوب-جنوب: المغرب في صلب الديناميات الإفريقية الجديدة الرامية إلى تحقيق تنمية شاملة”.
وقد ألقى السيد الوزير محاضرة تناول فيها موضوع “هندسة البنيات التحتية بالمغرب: رؤية محلية ذات امتداد قاري”، مستحضرا التوجيهات الملكية السامية الرامية إلى النهوض بالقارة الإفريقية، وتكريس منطق التنمية المشتركة بين المغرب وشركائه الأفارقة.
كما أبرز السيد بركة أن الوزارة اعتمدت مخططا استراتيجيا يروم تأمين الموارد المائية واستباق الظواهر المناخية الاستثنائية، وتزويد البلاد ببنيات تحتية ذات جودة في خدمة اقتصاد تنافسي ومندمج ومنصف، وذلك وفق منطق التضامن الجهوي وتقليص الفوارق المجالية الذي دعا إليه جلالة الملك نصره الله.
وفيما يخص القطاع المائي، استعرض السيد بركة الدينامية القوية التي تعرفها أوراش السدود ومحطات تحلية مياه البحر، مشيرا إلى أن الوزارة أطلقت برنامجا طموحا لبناء عدد مهم من السدود خلال السنوات المقبلة، يوازي في حجمه ما أُنجز منذ الاستقلال إلى اليوم.
كما أبرز التطور اللافت الذي يشهده مجال تحلية مياه البحر، الذي سيمكّن في أفق سنة 2030 من تأمين الجزء الأكبر من الحاجيات الوطنية من الماء الصالح للشرب، وذلك باستعمال الطاقات المتجددة التي أسهمت في خفض كلفة الإنتاج بشكل ملموس، لتصبح من بين أدنى الكلف المسجلة عالميا. كما أعلن السيد الوزير عن انطلاق المرحلة الثانية من المشروع الملكي للطرق السيارة للماء، التي ستضاعف الطاقة المحولة وستربط حوضي اللوكوس وأم الربيع.
وعلى صعيد البنيات التحتية الطرقية، استعرض السيد بركة أوراشا كبرى من قبيل العقدة الطرقية بسيدي معروف بالدار البيضاء، والطريق السيار الرابط بين جرسيف والناظور، والطريق السيار القاري بين الدار البيضاء والرباط الذي سيدخل حيز الخدمة سنة 2029. كما أشار إلى إطلاق شبكة من الطرق السريعة بين الجهات، في إطار الإنصاف المجالي لبناء مغرب بسرعة واحدة.
وفي القطاع المينائي، ذكّر السيد نزار بركة بريادة ميناء طنجة المتوسط إفريقيا ومتوسطيا وعالميا، مشيرا إلى أن ميناء الناظور غرب المتوسط سيدخل حيز الاستغلال قريبا بطاقة استيعابية مهمة. كما سلط الضوء على ميناء الداخلة الأطلسي بوصفه قطبا لإنتاج الهيدروجين الأخضر، ومحورا للمبادرة الملكية الأطلسية الرامية إلى فك العزلة البحرية عن بلدان الساحل وربطها بسلاسل القيمة الدولية.
وختم السيد الوزير كلمته بالإشادة بإنجازات الوزارة في تدبير الأزمات عقب زلزال الحوز والفيضانات الأخيرة، قبل أن يتطرق إلى احداث قطب تكنولوجي جديد لدعم الابتكار الهندسي والتكنولوجي والبنيات التحتية الذكية والبحث العلمي، بتكامل بين المدرسة الحسنية للأشغال العمومية، و مكتب الدراسات “استشارة، هندسة وتنمية “، والمختبر العمومي للتجارب والدراسات، بما سيسهم في تعزيز السيادة التكنولوجية للمملكة.
في هذا الإطار، أجرى السيد نزار بركة زيارة إلى أروقة المعرض المنظم ضمن فعاليات المنتدى، حيث اطلع على أجنحة عدد من الشركات والمؤسسات الوطنية والدولية المشاركة، وأنصت لشروحات ممثليها حول مجالات اشتغالها والفرص التي تتيحها للطلبة المهندسين في مجالات التدريب والتوظيف وبناء الشراكات المهنية.
واختتمت أشغال الدورة الـ26 لمنتدى الرباط للمعادن والمقاولات برفع برقية ولاء وإخلاص إلى السدة العالية بالله صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده.
