مراكش ..منظمة تدعي “محاربة الفساد” تتضامن مع الشرطي بطل فيديو “الرشوة
أثارت المنظمة المغربية لحقوق الإنسان ومحاربة الفساد جدلا واسعا، بعد إصدارها بيانا تعلن فيه تضامنها “اللامشروط” مع ضابط شرطة تابع لفرقة المرور بمدينة مراكش، ظهر في مقطع فيديو مثير للجدل تم تداوله على نطاق واسع بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يوثق لحظة الاشاتباه في طلبه لرشوة من سائح أجنبي.
وقالت المنظمة، التي تحمل في اسمها “محاربة الفساد”، إنها ترفض أي قرار بطرد أو اعتقال الضابط، معتبرة ذلك “هدية مجانية لأعداء الوطن في الخارج”. مشيرة إلى أن السائح الأجنبي الذي صور الواقعة “مشبوه فيه” وربما تعمد ارتكاب مخالفة مرورية ليستدرج الشرطي، قبل أن يوثق المشهد بواسطة كاميرا مثبتة في نظاراته.
وأضاف البيان أن نشر المقطع من طرف “صفحات مشبوهة تابعة للمخابرات الجزائرية” يعكس “محاولة بائسة للإساءة إلى صورة المغرب”، مبديا تشكيكا في حقيقة الفيديو، ومطالبا السلطات بتعميق البحث مع السائح ومتابعته في حالة اعتقال، بدعوى أن القانون المغربي يجرم تصوير الأشخاص والتشهير بهم دون إذن.
وفي الوقت الذي أكدت فيه المنظمة إيمانها بـ”ربط المسؤولية بالمحاسبة”، فإنها شددت على رفضها أسلوب التشهير، وأثنت على “حرص المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني على محاربة الجريمة وحماية النظام العام”، موجّهة تحية خاصة إلى مديرها العام عبد اللطيف حموشي.
