النقابات التعليمية الأكثر تمثيلية بالقنيطرة تصعّد احتجاجها وتدعو إلى وقفة أمام المديرية الإقليمية
أعلنت النقابات التعليمية الأكثر تمثيلية بإقليم القنيطرة عن تنظيم وقفة احتجاجية أمام مقر المديرية الإقليمية لوزارة التربية الوطنية يوم الأربعاء 10 يونيو، ابتداء من الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحًا، احتجاجًا على ما وصفته بـعدم وفاء المديرية بالتزاماتها تجاه الأطر الإدارية والتربوية.
وأكدت الهيئات النقابية، في بلاغ مشترك، أن قرار خوض هذه الخطوة الاحتجاجية يأتي بعد استنفاد مختلف قنوات الحوار والتواصل مع المسؤولين الإقليميين، دون تسجيل أي تقدم ملموس في عدد من الملفات التي تهم نساء ورجال التعليم بالإقليم.
وأوضحت النقابات أن مطالبها تتعلق أساسًا بتحسين ظروف العمل، وتسوية مجموعة من القضايا الإدارية والتربوية العالقة، واحترام الالتزامات والاتفاقات السابقة التي تم التوصل إليها خلال اللقاءات المنعقدة مع المديرية الإقليمية.
واعتبرت الهيئات النقابية أن استمرار التأخر في معالجة هذه الملفات ينعكس سلبًا على الأوضاع المهنية والاجتماعية للأطر الإدارية والتربوية، داعية كافة الشغيلة التعليمية إلى المشاركة المكثفة في الوقفة الاحتجاجية من أجل الدفاع عن حقوقها المشروعة والتعبير عن رفضها لما اعتبرته سياسة التسويف والتماطل.
ومن المرتقب أن تشهد الوقفة حضورًا واسعًا لمختلف الفئات التعليمية بالإقليم، في ظل تصاعد حالة الاحتقان المرتبطة بعدد من الملفات المطلبية التي لا تزال تنتظر الحل، فيما تطالب النقابات بفتح حوار جاد ومسؤول يفضي إلى تنفيذ الالتزامات المتفق بشأنها والاستجابة لمطالب الأسرة التعليمية.
