قطاع الطيران..بوينغ” توسع استثماراتها في المغرب
أعلن مجلس المنافسة، في بيان صدر منتصف الأسبوع الجاري، عن مشروع تركيز اقتصادي في المغرب يتيح لشركة “بوينغ” الأمريكية السيطرة الحصرية على”سبيريت أيروسيستيمز” من خلال اقتناء كامل رأسمالها وحقوق التصويت.
ويستهدف هذا المشروع، الذي أُبلغ عنه يوم الخميس، تعزيز حضور “بوينغ” في قطاعات “الهياكل الجوية للطائرات التجارية والعسكرية والإقليمية، وخدمات الصيانة والإصلاح وقطع الغيار” بالمغرب.
وتتقاطع أنشطة الشركتين في مجالات تصميم وتصنيع الطائرات التجارية وأنظمة الدفاع والفضاء، حيث أكدت “الشركة” في يونيو 2024 استحواذها على “سبيريت” بصفقة قيمتها 4.7 مليارات دولار للأسهم، و8.3 مليارات دولار إجمالاً. وتهدف الصفقة إلى تحسين جودة الطائرات، دعم سلسلة التوريد، وضمان استمرارية برامج الدفاع الأمريكية، مع تعزيز قيمة طويلة الأمد للعملاء والمساهمين.
وحدد المجلس مهلة عشرة أيام تنتهي في 5 مارس 2025 لتلقي ملاحظات الأطراف المعنية. وتعد “سبيريت” موردًا رئيسيًا لـ”بوينغ”، حيث تزودها بمكونات حيوية كالأجنحة والهياكل للطائرات العسكرية مثل “F/A-18″ و”F-15”. ويبرز هذا المشروع كخطوة لتوسيع استثمارات الشركة في المغرب، معززًا مكانتها في السوق المحلية والإقليمية.
