ورزازات .. الاحتفاء بالذكرى ل20 للمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية

في مثل هذا اليوم من سنة 2005، أعلن صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده عن انطلاق المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية خلال الخطاب الملكي السامي بتاريخ 18 ماي 2005. هذا الورش الملكي المفتوح الذي استطاع خلال السنوات الأولى من انطلاقه أن ينتزع اعترافا دوليا منقطع النظير ويحظى بمكانة جد متقدمة بين أوائل النماذج الرائدة في مجال التنمية البشرية المجتمعية، مكن بلادنا من تحقيق ومراكمة حصيلة كمية ونوعية من المنجزات والمكتسبات متعددة الفئات والقطاعات والمجالات الترابية.
تعد الذكرى 20 لانطلاق المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية، التي تحتفي بتخليدها اليوم، اللجنة الإقليمية للتنمية البشرية لإقليم ورزازات مناسبة سانحة لاستلهام روح وفلسفة هذا النموذج التنموي المبتكر وقيمه والمبادئ التي أسس عليها، ومحطة أساسية للوقوف على حصيلة المنجزات التي استطاع الإقليم تحقيقها خلال 20 سنة من العمل والتنفيذ الفعلي للبرامج التي أقرها.
بإقليم ورزازات حققت المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية خلال المرحلة الثالثة 2005-2024 حصيلة ذات وقع ايجابي على جميع المجالات الترابية توجت بإنجاز 2120 مشروعا ونشاطا، همت جميع القطاعات واستفاد منها 318000 كعدد تراكمي من الساكنة بمجموع جماعات الإقليم ال17. كما تضمن مخطط العمل السنوي برسم 2025 برمجة ما يزيد على 120 مشروعا ونشاطا هي الآن في طور الانجاز وسيمكن تنفيذها من تعزيز الحصيلة التراكمية لهذه الصيرورة التنموية المستمرة والمتواصلة.
يكتسي تخليد الذكرى 20 هذه السنة، تحت شعار (20) سنة في خدمة التنمية البشرية دلالة كبيرة تعكس المكانة الرائدة نالتها التي المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية كنموذج تنموي مجتمعي رائد منذ انطلاقتها سنة 2005 والتحول الجوهري الذي عرفته برامجا خلال مرحلتها الثالثة 2019 2023، بتركيز اهتمامها على تطوير الرأسمال البشري كخيار استراتيجي لبناء مغرب الغد، وتبرز الاهتمام البالغ الذي حظيت به الطفولة المبكرة في إطار هذا التحول وبخاصة دعم الصحة الغذائية والإنجابية للأم والطفل بالوسط القروي وتشجيع التمدرس والانفتاح والتفوق الدراسي لدى الأطفال والشباب، علاوة على تعزيز فرص تحسين دخل الفئات المجتمعية الهشة والإدماج الاقتصادي للشباب. وهي مناسبة سانحة للوقوف على حصيلة المنجزات التي حققها الإقليم او حفز على تحقيقها بفضل هذا الورش الملكي المفتوح على جميع المستويات كما تشكل هذه الذكرى فرصة لتحسيس جميع الشركاء والداعمين والمؤطرين وباقي المتدخلين في المنظومة الإقليمية للتنمية البشرية بأهمية الموضوع ودعوتهم الى المزيد من التعبئة والانخراط لتحقيق التنمية المنشودة والتصدي لمعيقاتها.
