المحكمة الابتدائية ببنسليمان تدين المتهمين في قضية تحريض قاصر على استهلاك مادة مسكرة بعشر سنوات سجناً نافذاً
قضت المحكمة الابتدائية بمدينة بنسليمان، زوال اليوم الاثنين، بإدانة المتهمين في قضية تحريض طفل قاصر على استهلاك مادة يُشتبه في كونها مسكرة، حيث أصدرت أحكاماً بلغ مجموعها عشر سنوات سجناً نافذاً.
وأدانت الهيئة القضائية المتهم الرئيسي “أ.ع” بأربع سنوات حبسا نافذاً، بعد متابعته بتهم المشاركة في الإيذاء العمدي، والمشاركة في الإيذاء العمدي ضد طفل يقل سنه عن 15 سنة من طرف شخص له سلطة عليه، إضافة إلى عدم تقديم المساعدة لشخص في حالة خطر.
كما قضت المحكمة في حق المتهم الثاني بثلاث سنوات ونصف السنة حبسا نافذاً، فيما أصدرت حكماً بالسجن النافذ لمدة ثلاث سنوات في حق المتهم الثالث.
وفي الشق المدني من القضية، استجابت المحكمة للطلب الذي تقدمت به منظمة “ماتقيش ولدي”، وقضت لفائدتها بدرهم رمزي كتعويض مدني.
