إيداع سيدة السجن الاحتياطي بتاونات بسبب ترويج أخبار زائفة حول ملف استغلال القاصرات
قرر وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بتاونات، يوم الخميس 11 يونيو 2026، إيداع سيدة السجن المحلي عين عائشة رهن الاعتقال الاحتياطي، للاشتباه في تورطها في نشر وترويج أخبار زائفة وإشاعات عبر صفحتها الشخصية على موقع فيسبوك.
ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار التحقيقات الجارية بشأن تداول معطيات غير مؤكدة مرتبطة بملف الاعتداءات الجنسية التي استهدفت تلميذات قاصرات بمنطقة قرية با محمد بإقليم تاونات، وهو الملف الذي أثار اهتمامًا واسعًا لدى الرأي العام.
وفي السياق ذاته، تتواصل الإجراءات القضائية المتعلقة بملف استغلال القاصرات بالمنطقة، حيث أنهى قاضي التحقيق بمحكمة الاستئناف بفاس التحقيق التفصيلي مع متهمين اثنين من أصل تسعة متابعين في حالة اعتقال احتياطي، يواجهون تهماً تتعلق بالتغرير بقاصر وهتك العرض والمشاركة في جناية الاتجار بالبشر.
وقد تمت إحالة الملف على الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بفاس لتقديم ملتمساته النهائية، تمهيدًا لإحالته على غرفة الجنايات المختصة لمواصلة المسطرة القضائية وفقًا للمقتضيات القانونية الجاري بها العمل.
