السجن لـ 8 مصريين وعراقيين بالكويت في جريمة صادمة
قضت محكمة الاستئناف بحبس 8 مصريين وعراقيين في تهمة الحوالات البديلة للجالية المصرية والتي انكشفت تفاصيلها بعد ضبط متهم في الجابرية بحوزته 50 ألف دينار نقداً، وبرأت المحكمة
المتهمين من غسل أموال بقيمة 55 مليون دينار.
ووفقا لوسائل الإعلام الكويتية تتحصل وقائع الدعوى فيما شهد به ضابط الواقعة أنه وأثناء مباشرته المهام عمله وتواجده في منطقة الجابرية شاهد وافداً مصرياً يخرج من احدى البنايات حاملاً
كيساً بلاستيكياً أسود اللون، وعندما شاهد الضابط ارتبك ثم قام بإلقاء الكيس جانباً وتقدم إليه وعند سؤاله عن سبب ارتباكه أقر بأنه شعر بالخوف ثم حاول الهروب، فقام بضبطه وتفتيشه
احترازياً تمهيداً لإحالته إلى المخفر وعند سؤاله عن محتوى الكيس الملقى أجاب بأنه يحتوي على مبلغ 50 ألف دينار قادم من العراق وأنه استلمها من المتهم الثامن لتسليمها إلى شخص آخر.
