توقيف شخص من ذوي السوابق القضائية بسبب تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالسكر العلني البين والاحتجاز وتعريض طفلة لاعتداء جنسي
تمكنت عناصر الشرطة بولاية أمن الرباط، في ساعة متأخرة من مساء أمس الخميس 4 يونيو الجاري، من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 40 سنة، من ذوي السوابق القضائية، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالسكر العلني البين والاحتجاز وتعريض طفلة لاعتداء جنسي.
وحسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، فإن المشتبه فيه كان في حالة سكر متقدمة، وضبط بداخل منزله وهو في حالة تلبس باستدراج واحتجاز وتعريض طفلة، تبلغ من العمر خمس سنوات، لاعتداء جنسي.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعني بالأمر.
